Exit 33 on Long Island Expressway or Exit 25 on the Northern State Parkway (Grand Central Pkwy).  At the exit, continue to Lakeville Road.

Go North on Lakeville Road.  Lakeville Road becomes Middle Neck Road after crossing Northern Boulevard.

Continue north on Middle Neck Road for approximately 2 miles.

After passing Hicks Lane, go approximately 5 blocks and the church driveway will be on your right.
